Di dalam kalangan remaja seperti kita ini, tidak lepas dari omongan kehidupan sehari-hari yaitu tentang kesehatan , disini gw sebagai kalangan remaja atau pemuda ingin sekali melakukan dorongan kepada kalangan remaja semua untuk mengetahui tentang kesehatan"HEALTHY" . Tau gak sich loch , kalau kesehatan itu merupakan modal utama dari kehidupan..! ! Ada istilah mengatakan "Kebersihan Pangkal Kesehatan" .Kita patut menyerap atau bahkan mengartikan maksud dari istilah tersebut.. Tau gak ? ? ? Ok,, gw jelasin ..Sebelumnya,, apakah kesehatan itu harus dibarengi oleh yang namanya kebersihan ? ? Of course donk,, dari bersih inilah terciptanya kesehatan pada diri kita, , Coba bayangin dech, kalau hidup kita kotor,, Ughh, pasti itu modal dari sumber penyakit, Nah pasti dapat dipahami dong..Kebersihan pun perlu kita laksanakan kalau bisa sejak dini, kenapa gw berkata kalau bisa ...? Karena sebagian besar anak-anak itu belum begitu sadar akan pentingnya kebersihan dalam bercakap hidup...Makanya makin ketahun anak anak semakin pada kecil sajah, betul gak ? ? Kita lihat di smp bahkan sma, postur tubuhnya kurang memadai dalam arti masih dibilang postur SD, nah dapat kita lihat itu pengaruh dari aksi belum sadarnya akan kesehatan..Kesehatan disini perlunya Olahraga yang teratur, istirahat dengan rileks dan makan 4 sehat 5 waregg yee ?? hehehe, makanan yang bergizi dan diberi vitamin agar tubuh sehat, kuat dan besar...! Nah anak-anak sekarang kebanyakan menghiraukan itu, dan disini pula peran Ortu pun harus Over protective dong alias perhatian tinggi, seharusnya ortu kita memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan juga..
Huuuh penting yak kesehatan tuhh, eh tau gak kesehatan mahal lo dari pada seratus laptop yang berlapis emas, emm itu mah kalah dibanding kesehatan,, kesehatan mah kagak bisa dijual sepersen pun percaya dech.. Coba bayangin kalau tubuh sehat mau ngapain?? Kalau gw, mau dijaga and mau bergembira, karena kita patut bersyukur diberikan kesehatan pada hari itu Alhamdulillah ...! Bisa bergerak bebas, tersenyum tanpa merasakan sakit yang didertita.. Pokoknya orang sehat itu orang hidup..
PRINSIP >> ( KEBERSIHAN>>KESEHATAN>>KECERIAAN>>KEHIDUPAN)
Tau artinya ??? Dari prinsip diatas sangat saling mempengaruhi,, dimana kita bersih timbullah kesehatan dan terhindar dari marabahaya penyakit yang menggangu waktu sehat saja,kemudian batin mulai bermain dalam hati kita menimbulkan keceriaan dalam diri kita.. Percaya gak percaya tertawa akan menghilangkan penyakit lhoo..dan dari kesemua uraian itu terciptanya kehidupan yang enjoy, tenang bukankah begitu ? Pastinya dong.. Makanya, gw menguraikan isi tersebut berdasarkan kehidupan2 gw yang enjoy..So,,terapkan dalam diri lho ke 4 prinsip yang gw buat, bawakan dengan enjoy ........1. Menerapkan kebersihan

Enak dipandang kemungkinkan sehat terjamin

Benar gak sich cowok yang players itu kalau liat cewek yang bohay dan cantik stamina tubuh akan sehat bugar ? ? ?
Hehehe pastinya ye,, , itu tumbuh dalam diri kita karena ada rasa enak dalam pandangan mata.. Kita ambil contoh dari sini... Apabila kita melihat kondisi-2yang enak dalam kasat mata kita, itu akan ada respon dalam jiwa kita..
Haha ada ada sajah ....! ! !
Seharusnya kita keluar mencoba untuk menghirup jendela dunia yang asri ini...! ! !
Menghirup udara yang segar, jangan menghirup udara rokok, Gila aja tuch, ,Bisa bisa mati tuh ..! ! !
Melalui ini lo pasti bisa nanggep apa yang ada disini ..!
Cayooo dalam melihat jendela dunia untuk bisa menghidupkan gairah hidup...! !n_n
Body Fitness Programs
In the beginning, your fitness program should not be overly aggressive. One of the biggest problems people encounter when starting a fitness program is rapidly depleted motivation after only a few weeks due to an overly ambitious fitness program. Attempting to do too much too fast is worse than doing nothing at all! Because then you feel like exercise is too hard and it's just not for you.
Start out slow, maybe just shooting for 1 or 2 workouts a week. Once you have successfully added that to your normal routine, then attempt to slowly add to your fitness program. Plus, most people don't need to exercise more than 3-4 times a week. That doesn't mean you can't exercise more; it's just not necessary.
Always have a detailed plan. In order to reach your health and fitness goals, you must have a road map to follow. I can't stress this enough. If you are unsure of how to put together a fitness plan, or if you're uncertain of the effectiveness of the one you have, I highly recommend you consult a professional fitness trainer. With a well thought out plan you are much more likely to be successful!
Set realistic, attainable goals. You must have tangible, quantifiable, short and long-term goals so you can measure and assess your progress. Too many people have totally unrealistic expectations of what to expect from an exercise and nutrition program. This is one of the most important things you can do. If you're not tracking what you're doing, how will you know what worked. There are quite a few great exercise and nutrition logs I've come across. You should keep track of all your exercise and also each day's food intake.
Set exercise appointments with yourself if you're not working with a personal fitness trainer. Use your appointment book to set aside times for exercise, just like you do for meetings or events. Don't let things get in the way. Nothing is more important than your health! If you don't have your health you can't effectively do anything. I often have mothers tell me that they can't find time to exercise because they have to take care of their children. I have 4 daughters myself, and a baby on the way, so I know exactly how hard it is. Whatever your situation is, making the commitment to exercise and your health IS possible, and very important. Band adalah hoby, hobby dibarengi oleh niat hati senang, maka aktivitas tersebut bisa menyenengani hati lo lo pada dan Membuat enjoy dalam hidup..
Perlu lu ketahui,, kesehatan remaja itu banyak mengundang kelembahan negetaif, seperto mencoba coba dalam hal smoking,dan apalah yang mengundang banyak penyakit.. Justru disini kita harus sadar dong( uadah pada gede juga) bisa mengetahui mana yang baik dan mana yang jelek dalam sikap kita...!
Kita harus hati hati aja dengan perkembangan jaman dunia remaja...!
